about standard imagination
Imagine if you will…
Standard Imagination, LLC was founded in 2000 to explore new solutions to interactive training and education. Over the last decade, we’ve enjoyed working on some extraordinary and ground-breaking projects with some of the leaders in eLearning. Our expertise in developing enlightening and engaging online educational material led to numerous collaborations with institutions such as the American Red Cross, The American Cancer Institute and The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Our understanding of what eLearning can do when it is backed by imaginative and talented designers and developers has led to award winning work for Pearson-Prentice Hall and K12. Over the years, while we often were consulted because of our technical expertise and our talent for design, we’ve always been aware that our imagination that was our strongest suit.
Over the past several years Standard Imagination has been at work developing a set of eLearning products and solutions for K-20 education markets as well as corporate training. During our research we’ve been able to gain a variety of insights into the eLearning marketspace. What we found was an environment that was rich with exciting technology, fascinating people, and a wealth of opportunity for anyone with the vision to see the possibilities of this medium. We thought it would be great if there was a place where eLearning professionals could gather to begin a conversation about their visions of the future.
So, for the next twelve months Standard Imagination is dedicating our site to starting a conversation about eLearning. Where are we as an industry? Where are we headed? How can we, together, realize the incredible potential of this new and powerful form of communication?
We invite you to join the conversation. Be heard. If you disagree with anything we have to say, let us know. Start a full throated debate. For the next twelve months this site is yours.
